Description
**PROINLLER**, a company specialized in the manufacturing and installation of aluminum carpentry systems, lightweight façades, and curtain walls, is seeking to hire a **Workshop Dispatch Coordinator** to strengthen coordination among warehouse, production, and logistics.
We are looking for an organized, responsible individual with experience in industrial environments, capable of managing dispatches, controlling documentation associated with shipments, and ensuring the proper preparation and dispatch of materials destined for construction sites.
Main responsibilities
* Receiving, identifying, and classifying materials from suppliers.
* Reviewing and verifying orders prior to dispatch.
* Preparing, reviewing, and managing incoming and outgoing delivery notes (albaranes).
* Document verification across orders, delivery notes, and materials prepared for dispatch.
* Coordinating with the production team to ensure material supply and correct order preparation.
* Coordinating with the logistics department for load and transportation planning.
* Recording and controlling documentation for stock movements.
* Supervising correct material loading and optimizing cargo volume in trucks.
* Managing incidents related to dispatches, transportation, and deliveries.
* Maintaining order, cleanliness, and organization in the dispatch and warehouse areas.
* Supporting inventory counts and stock control.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of demonstrable experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics roles within industrial environments.
* Experience in companies specializing in aluminum carpentry, lightweight façades, curtain walls, enclosures, or metal structures will be especially valued.
* Demonstrable experience in managing delivery notes, dispatch documentation, and stock control.
* Knowledge of warehouse management and document traceability.
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
* Organizational, planning, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
* Responsible, solution-oriented, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
Preferred qualifications
* Familiarity with sector-specific materials: aluminum profiles, hardware, glass, and enclosure systems.
* Experience coordinating loads destined for construction sites or building projects.
* Forklift operator license and experience operating warehouse equipment.
