This is essential due to the high technical complexity of our products. * Have prior welding experience exceeding two years in MAG\-MIG welding. If, in addition, you have prior experience in aluminum structure welding and have previously obtained the corresponding certifications, this will be viewed favorably. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation. Interpreting blueprints to carry out welding tasks will be part of your daily responsibilities, so if you already have experience in this area, you will adapt quickly to the role. * Experience working in environments where Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement are practiced daily.
