Description

We are an established metal carpentry workshop in Albacete city since 1965. **We are seeking immediate incorporation of a Metal Carpentry and Welding Technician into our team** to fill a stable position due to staff replacement. Early incorporation will be positively considered to allow an adaptation period and task handover with the current colleague before September. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Fabrication and assembly of metal carpentry structures and components (doors, grilles, railings, light structures, etc.). * Cutting, bending, and assembly tasks. * Welding of structures using **MIG/MAG** and **Electrode** techniques. * Operation of workshop machinery (shearing machine, bending machine, cutoff saw, pillar drill, radial drill, etc.). * Interpretation of basic blueprints for fabrication. * Travel to the client’s location for final installation and assembly. **Essential requirements:** * **Minimum experience:** At least 3 years demonstrable experience in a similar role as blacksmith, welder, or metal assembler. * **Skills:** Ability to work autonomously in the workshop, paying attention to finishes and measurements. * Driving license B **What do we offer?** * **Contract:** Stable position with an indefinite-term contract after successful completion of the probationary period. * **Salary:** Remuneration according to the *Albacete Metallurgical Industry Collective Agreement*. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:30 If you meet the profile and wish to join a stable and growing team, please send us your updated CV.
