We offer the most comprehensive virtual health solution in the market, covering telemedicine, mental health, wellness, second medical opinions, and licensed platform services.** ### **We are seeking an experienced vendor management professional to join Teladoc Health. This person will serve as the primary point of contact with vendors, with a strong operational focus and responsibility for vendor selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.** ### **They will work closely with various company departments to align vendor strategy with business needs, driving improvements in efficiency, cost control, and service quality.** ### **This is an opportunity for an operationally minded individual with analytical capability and skill in managing vendor and indirect team relationships within a dynamic, international environment.** ### **Key Responsibilities:** ### **Vendor Management and Coordination** * ### **Serve as the primary point of contact for various vendors.** * ### **Support vendor selection, management, and coordination** * ### **Collaborate on planning, communication, and implementation of defined strategies** * ### **Participate in meetings across departments to identify and analyze synergies** ### **Negotiation and Process Improvement** * ### **Negotiate with vendors according to defined standards per service type, SLA, and cost** * ### **Propose changes to improve process efficiency and response times** ### **Monitoring and Oversight** * ### **Monitor, evaluate, and track KPIs to ensure proper service delivery** * ### **Oversee and track budgets, identifying risks and opportunities** ### **Required Profile:** * ### **3\-5 years of experience managing vendors, operations, logistics, or supply chain, with a strong operational component** * ### **Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or a healthcare-related field with proven experience in operations or clinical services management** * ### **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across various organizational departments** ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * ### **Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, mutual aid organizations, or clinical settings (e.g., hospital logistics, medical network management, healthcare service operations)** * ### **Understanding of clinical operations and healthcare service delivery** * ### **Familiarity with vendor or procurement management tools (ERP, Procurement platforms)** * ### **Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)**
