At the Almería Management Office, office-based work will be performed; fieldwork will be carried out at various construction sites across the province of Almería.
**Responsibilities and Tasks**
----------------------
* Organize site activities following the Site Manager’s instructions, ensuring work quality and performance.
* Assist in activity scheduling, budget preparation, and layout planning.
* Organize and coordinate human resources, instructing operators in specific tasks.
* Schedule and validate activities carried out by collaborators and their teams, as well as material and supply reception at the site or warehouse, following the Site Manager’s instructions.
* Be responsible for machinery assigned to the site, confirming its receipt and reporting incidents (breakdowns, supplies, maintenance).
* Supervise site execution through measurements, productivity calculations, and material control.
* Comply with and ensure compliance with the site’s safety plan, as well as existing specifications regarding quality and environment.
* Draft and sign off on corresponding work reports and immediately report any accidents or anomalies occurring.

### **Education**
#### **Qualification**
* Hold a Spanish Higher Vocational Training Cycle (FPII) diploma in Agriculture, Building and Civil Engineering, Electricity and Electronics, or Installation and Maintenance (qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
### **Prior Experience**
* At least 1 year performing duties as Site Supervisor or equivalent role in public-sector companies. (Attach employment record)
### **Other Mandatory Requirements**
* Valid Type B driving license. (Attach)

#### **Additional Training**
* Accredited training of at least 60 hours in Occupational Health and Safety or Prevention of Occupational Risks (PRL). (Attach training certificate)
* Accredited training in Building Information Modeling (BIM) design and modeling software, equal to or exceeding 40 hours.
* Accredited training in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), equal to or exceeding 40 hours. (Attach training certificate)
### **Prior Experience**
* Between 2 and 5 years performing duties as Site Supervisor or equivalent role in public-sector companies. (Attach employment record)
**Observations**

* + Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 12 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds.
+ Full-time working hours.
