We seek a technically proficient individual with strong analytical skills and experience in preparing studies and tenders—capable of transforming customer requirements into competitive technical and economic proposals that support the company’s growth and development. Responsibilities: * Analyze technical specifications, project documents, and related documentation for public and private tenders. * Prepare technical and economic studies for civil engineering and building construction projects. * Perform measurements, valuations, and budgeting. * Request, compare, and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Draft technical reports and supporting documentation required for tender submissions. * Evaluate construction solutions aimed at optimizing costs and enhancing proposal competitiveness. * Prepare documentation for competitions and tender processes. * Produce reports and closing sheets summarizing completed studies. * Monitor submitted tenders until resolution. * Collaborate with technical and production departments to ensure proposal feasibility. Requirements * University degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in roles related to studies, tenders, technical offices, or construction execution. * Knowledge of civil engineering and/or building construction. * Ability to interpret drawings, measurements, and technical documentation. * Proficiency with computer-based tools. * Organized, solution-oriented, and detail-focused profile. * Public tender experience is desirable.
