DESCRIPTION At Mac Hotels, we are launching our new **Specialized Technical Maintenance Division**. The objective is very clear: to directly manage, with our own team, the chain's most critical facilities (HVAC, Electrical, and Fluid Systems). Here, we work with a structured preventive maintenance plan. We aim to improve daily operations and focus on delivering high-quality technical work. We are seeking to hire **First-Class Technicians** who bring technical rigor, can work autonomously, and strictly adhere to safety regulations. ### **What We Offer?** To ensure a predictable, high-quality work environment, Mac Hotels offers the following structured conditions: * **Year-Round Stability:** Direct indefinite fixed-term contract with the company, covering the full year. In winter, we do not stop; instead, we use the closure months to carry out improvement renovations, comprehensive system overhauls, and major planned preventive maintenance. * **Direct Control Over Your Installations:** Although you will move between our hotels in Mallorca, your route is organized and your assigned locations remain consistent. This allows you to become intimately familiar with the equipment, maintain accurate real-time condition tracking, and oversee your installations hands-on—from start to finish—without any external contractors interfering with your work. * **Stable Working Hours (True Work-Life Balance):** Daytime schedule from Monday to Friday, organized via pre-arranged shifts. * **Company Tools and Van:** We provide a corporate vehicle equipped for your routes, a fuel card, measurement equipment appropriate to your specialty, professional-grade tools, and certified high-quality personal protective equipment (PPE). * **Direct Technician-to-Technician Communication:** You will report directly to the Corporate Maintenance Directorate. You will enjoy full technical autonomy within your area and work without intermediaries who lack expertise in your trade. * **Digital Daily Reporting—No Paperwork:** You will quickly and easily record your preventive and corrective maintenance tasks through our GMAO system. ### **Required Technical Profiles** We are seeking to fill several independent positions within the new division. Please specify the technical discipline in which you hold specialized qualifications: * **HVAC and Industrial Refrigeration Specialist (Refrigeration Technician)** * **Low-Voltage Electrical Specialist** * **Plumbing or Other Hotel Facility Installation Specialist** ### **What Are We Looking For in You?** To ensure alignment with the division’s quality standards, candidates must meet the following requirements: * **Experience:** Demonstrable professional experience of 3 to 5 years working as a First-Class Technician in the relevant discipline. * **Mobility:** Valid Type B driving license, required for managing itinerant routes using the company vehicle. * **Methodological Approach:** Ability to diagnose faults by always identifying the root cause, meticulousness when recording data in the GMAO system, and strict adherence to occupational risk prevention (ORP) regulations.
