That’s why we welcome professionals who are ready to grow, learn, and bring their perspective to the energy challenges of today and tomorrow.** **Here, you’ll find a place to grow and unlock your full potential.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Dynamic Equipment Supervisor – Materials Area** --------------------------------------------------------- We are seeking a **Dynamic Equipment Supervisor** to coordinate and ensure the proper execution of maintenance tasks on rotating mechanical equipment, guaranteeing compliance with standards for **safety, quality, environment, energy efficiency, and technical specifications**.### **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate maintenance activities with assigned resources. * Supervise contracted services and service-level agreements. * Maintain the SAP maintenance management system up to date. * Request work permits and assess associated risks. * Participate in general overhauls of large machinery. ### **Educational Requirements** * FP-II, Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Mechanical Engineering, or Technical/Undergraduate Engineering degree. Required experience in: * **5 years in similar positions.** * Assembly, commissioning, and maintenance of rotating mechanical equipment (reciprocating compressors, screw compressors, centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, blowers, fans, extruders, hydraulic systems). * Review of technical specifications, data sheets, and mechanical drawings. * Quality control, NDE (Non-Destructive Examination), knowledge of PPIs (Preventive and Predictive Inspection) for rotating mechanical equipment. * Materials, metallurgy, welding techniques, and heat treatment. * Metrology. * Machining techniques (lathe, milling, lapping, grinding, etc.). * High- and medium-pressure ICI (Instrumentation, Control, and Instrumentation) equipment and systems. * Mechanical seals and API plans. * Lubrication systems for large machinery, types of lubricants and greases for dynamic equipment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic technical English. ### **Competencies** Leadership, teamwork, organization, results orientation, customer focus, availability, and schedule flexibility.
