Salary: €1,492 gross per month End-to-end management of the point of sale, including organization, coordination, and motivation of the store team. Shift planning, scheduling, and vacation management; monitoring of commercial objectives and control of sales performance indicators. Customer service and advisory support, ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Inventory control, restocking, and visual merchandising, ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards. * Minimum 24 months of experience required. At least two years’ experience as a store manager, supervisor, or assistant store manager is mandatory. Experience in footwear retail or the textile sector is highly valued. Leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Strong results- and customer-oriented mindset. Responsible, proactive, and self-motivated individual.
