You will be responsible for ensuring that each morning breakfast is served with quality, order, and meticulous attention to detail, working within a professional team that values your experience and autonomy. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Prepare your station and ensure everything is ready before the first guests arrive. * Supervise product restocking and guarantee impeccable presentation and quality. * Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house to ensure efficient and orderly service. * Maintain cleanliness and order at all times, paying attention to details guests notice. * Resolve unexpected issues quickly and judiciously, ensuring service consistently meets the hotel’s standards.
