




Position Summary: We are seeking a Sous Chef to lead and motivate the team, ensure culinary quality, and facilitate interdepartmental coordination at an exclusive hotel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure dish quality, presentation, and consistency We are looking for a Sous Chef for an exclusive five-star hotel located in the center of Seville. The position is full-time with an indefinite contract, offering a salary between 22\.000 and 23\.000 euros. Responsibilities include assisting the executive chef in daily kitchen coordination, leading and motivating the team during service, and ensuring dish quality, presentation, and consistency. Additional duties involve supervising food handling, storage, and preservation; participating in menu and dish development; controlling costs, recipes, waste, and orders; and ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety protocols. The candidate will coordinate with the front-of-house and other departments to deliver an excellent guest experience and substitute for the executive chef when required.
