**Social Worker – ALEPH\-TEA** ALEPH\-TEA is seeking to hire a Social Worker for the organization on a full-time basis. This is a temporary contract to cover maternity leave. **Main responsibilities:** * Assess, advise, and support families and project participants. * Provide guidance on social resources and benefits. * Coordinate with Social Services and other public/private entities. * Prepare reports and records, and accompany families throughout the sociofamilial support process. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience working with individuals with ASD and/or intellectual disabilities. * Training in the Quality of Life Model and Positive Behavior Support. * Specific training in family-related issues or at least two years’ experience in direct intervention with families. * Valid driver’s license. **Conditions:** * Salary according to the XV Collective Agreement for centers and services providing support to persons with disabilities. **How to apply:** Send your CV to selecciondepersonal@aleph\-tea.org, indicating "SOCIAL WORKER 2/2026" in the subject line.
