We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for building construction projects to oversee work execution, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure health and safety compliance on urban projects.

The position is located within the Cities division, which specializes in urban infrastructure maintenance—including public roadways, facilities, green spaces—as well as the installation and operation of building technologies.
**What will you do daily?**
* Drawing interpretation and layout: Read and understand construction drawings, and mark out and measure work areas according to drawing specifications.
* Work supervision: Assign and supervise tasks across different work areas, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Team training: Provide ongoing training to the workforce.
* Administrative control: Review and manage delivery notes and work reports.
* Health and safety: Be responsible for on-site safety and ensure adherence to the Safety Plan.
* Subcontractor coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontracted companies.
* Site visits: Participate in site inspections.
* Execution of diverse tasks: Carry out various tasks depending on project requirements.
**What are we looking for?**
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in building construction—both new builds and refurbishments or renovations.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Strong organizational, planning, and management skills.
