You will be an essential figure in ensuring smooth front-of-house sector operations—supporting the team, supervising service, and ensuring every detail reflects the hotel’s standards and identity. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Serve as the reference point for your assigned sector, ensuring each service flows naturally and conveys the restaurant’s essence through every detail. * Support your sector daily through close supervision, ensuring all standards and tasks are executed with the excellence that defines our gastronomic experience. * Relay instructions from the Maître or Deputy Maître to the team, translating them into clear actions that inspire coordination, rhythm, and consistency in service. * Maintain constant communication with the Maître, promptly reporting any incidents to ensure agile responses and uninterrupted service quality. * Ensure the sector’s equipment, tools, and processes operate flawlessly—acting as the guardian of the space so everything is always ready. * Supervise sector maintenance attentively, identifying needs and communicating them to preserve an immaculate, well-cared-for environment. * Promote a safe and orderly atmosphere, guaranteeing compliance with hygiene and safety protocols at all times during service. * Ensure sector staff project a professional image aligned with the hotel’s identity—from uniform to attitude. * Collaborate willingly in all tasks supporting departmental operations, responding flexibly and responsibly to instructions from your immediate supervisor. **Who are we looking for?** * Education in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, Tourism, or related fields.
