Responsibilities: * **Assist the head chef** in supervising and coordinating the kitchen team, ensuring high performance and a positive working environment. * **Collaborate in menu planning and development** in line with quality standards and customer preferences. * **Support purchasing, cost management, and inventory control**, optimizing resource usage under the supervision of the head chef. * **Help ensure compliance** with food hygiene and safety regulations, maintaining the kitchen in optimal conditions. * **Collaborate in food preparation and presentation**, ensuring quality and consistency in every service.
