Location: Menorca (Lago Resort Menorca) Contract type: Fixed-term intermittent Working hours: Full-time Accommodation and meals included Job description: At Grupo MOGA, we are seeking an experienced Second Chef to join our culinary team at Lago Resort Menorca. We are looking for a committed, solution-oriented individual passionate about culinary excellence, capable of working collaboratively and supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. Main responsibilities: Assist in organizing and supervising kitchen activities in coordination with the Head Chef. Manage and supervise assigned staff. Ensure proper preparation and presentation of dishes. Control inventory, orders, and goods reception. Monitor compliance with hygiene, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
