Epical Clinic, a leading clinic in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic surgery, hair restoration, and advanced aesthetics, located in Cartagena, continues to grow, and we are seeking to welcome a person with a strong vocation for patient care and experience in the sector. **What are we looking for?** We seek a proactive, empathetic professional with excellent communication skills who will accompany the patient throughout their entire journey—from the initial contact through post-treatment follow-up. **Main responsibilities:** * Personalized counseling for patients regarding medical-aesthetic treatments, cosmetic surgery, and hair restoration therapies. * Appointment management, schedule coordination, and patient follow-up. * Explanation of quotations, payment methods, and resolution of inquiries. * Accompaniment during medical and surgical consultations, if required. * Support in organizing marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives. * Maintenance of an updated database and use of clinical software. **Requirements:** * Minimum two years’ experience in patient care within aesthetic medical clinics, cosmetic surgery clinics, or similar settings. * Formal training or solid knowledge in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic surgery, hair restoration, or advanced aesthetics. * Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and commercial aptitude. * Organizational ability, teamwork skills, and empathy. * Proficiency in clinical management software is desirable. **We offer:** * Integration into a rapidly growing clinic. * A professional, dynamic work environment focused on excellence. * Ongoing training on our treatments and protocols. * Stable employment contract, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications. * Incentive program. **You may send your CV to rrhh@epicalclinic.es** If you are passionate about aesthetics and wish to join a team committed to the well-being and beauty of its patients, we look forward to hearing from you!
