We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Manager. Key responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team. Plan preventive and predictive maintenance for the entire plant. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines. Diagnose complex failures and provide technical solutions (electrical and mechanical). Manage spare parts and suppliers. Manage preventive and corrective work orders. Define and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. ### **Requirements** Intermediate or higher technical education (electromechanics, mechatronics or similar). Industrial maintenance experience (minimum 5 years). Solid knowledge of industrial electricity, mechanics, hydraulics/pneumatics. Desirable: familiarity with automation / PLCs. Leadership, autonomy, and team management skills. Availability to work rotating shifts. Own vehicle: Mandatory ### **Offer** Start date: Immediate.
