We are seeking a person to work as a Quality Operator in an automotive sector company located in Almussafes, with the option to also work in the El Romaní area in Sollana. The main responsibility is to be part of a team tasked with ensuring products meet required standards by performing inspections throughout the entire manufacturing process. Daily tasks include verification of raw materials, components, and finished parts, as well as homologation of new applications. The job takes place in a dynamic environment with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts; adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement are highly valued. A fixed-term discontinuous contract is offered, providing job stability with activity periods aligned to demand. Remuneration is €8.53 per hour, in accordance with the sector’s collective bargaining agreement. For this position, we seek a meticulous, proactive individual with prior experience in industrial production environments, especially in the automotive sector. Proximity to Almussafes or availability for daily commuting is required, along with possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license. No specific academic qualification is required, but a responsible attitude and ability to work effectively in a team are essential. Minimum one year of prior experience in a similar role within an industrial setting, preferably in the automotive sector. Residence near Almussafes or willingness to commute daily. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory. Ability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). Basic knowledge of measurement tools and quality control procedures.
