We are seeking a Project Office Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our Project Office team located in Albacete. Albacete, hybrid Permanent contract Full-time We value team-oriented individuals who demonstrate commitment, strong communication and organizational skills. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Computer Engineering or related fields (highly desirable). * **Experience:** 3–5 years in a similar role. * **Location:** Must reside in the province of Albacete or nearby, with willingness and ability to attend the office if required. * **Languages:** Advanced English (highly desirable). * A technical professional with development background (highly desirable), flexibility, empathy, commitment, proactivity, and experience in a dynamic role involving diverse responsibilities. **Experience:** * Manage relationships with technical, commercial, and project control teams to support project delivery. * Lead planning and execution to meet deadlines, scope, and effort targets. * Monitor project time allocations and expenses. * Authorize expenditures in coordination with the technical and commercial leads. * Manage and propose corrective actions for scope, schedule, and effort deviations, in cooperation with technical, commercial, and project control leads. * Propose project decisions based on risks, deviations, scope changes, or technical debt. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00, including a 30-minute breakfast break and a 1-hour lunch break; Fridays, 08:00–15:00.
