We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, an international French engineering group with a multisectoral focus, operating across key infrastructure and energy domains. We are currently seeking a **Senior Project Manager** to join our team based at our **Seville** office. ##### **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and scope. * Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster effective communication among all stakeholders. * Manage risks, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions. * Monitor project progress using KPIs and periodic reporting. * Coordinate meetings with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth and transparent communication. * Ensure delivery quality and achievement of project objectives. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum of **5 years** of experience as a Project Manager. * Proven experience in end-to-end project management. * Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities. * C1-level written and spoken English is mandatory. * Preferred: proficiency in French and German. **Discover our benefits!** * Permanent employment contract. * Professional development and career path planning. * Flexible working hours. * Intensive work schedule every Friday throughout the year, plus three intensive workdays during July and August. ##### **We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to this outstanding team!**
