As Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising on-site construction execution within your assigned area, controlling measurements and certifications, supporting planning and economic control, coordinating resources and subcontractors, and maintaining smooth communication with clients, suppliers, and workers. Additionally, you will provide commercial support for lower-value projects, acting as the liaison between site operations and your immediate supervisor, thereby guaranteeing deadlines, quality, safety, and professional client service. 1\. Production and Site Management * Supervise on-site construction execution within your assigned area, reporting directly to your immediate supervisor. * Monitor work progress in coordination with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements on site. * Support planning and organization of human and material resources on site. * Manage, control, and supervise worker activities and their needs. 2\. Measurements, Certifications, and Economic Control * Perform accurate and autonomous measurements and certifications of construction work. * Collaborate in economic project control (costs, deviations, budgets). * Support preparation of site status reports and progress updates jointly with your immediate supervisor for management review. 3\. Client Relations and Commercial Activities * Conduct commercial outreach to secure smaller-scale projects within your assigned area. * Attend to and maintain daily client relations throughout the construction process. * Serve as the company’s “friendly face” to clients: resolve queries, negotiate incidents, and convey confidence. * Identify potential opportunities for new projects or additional work within the same site. 4\. Internal and External Coordination * Maintain fluent communication with your immediate supervisor (Site Manager). * Coordinate with manufacturers’ technical staff, suppliers, and collaborators to ensure proper execution. * Act as liaison between the construction site and the technical/commercial office. 5\. Other Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Identify and propose improvements to construction or management processes. * Represent the company professionally during client, supplier, or auditor visits. Requirements At least two years’ experience in a similar role focused on construction production, measurements, and certifications. * Location: IBIZA * Qualifications: Building Surveyor, Technical Architect, Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Public Works Engineer, Hydraulic and Port Engineer, or equivalent. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area (Balearic Islands). * Knowledge of fire protection is a plus.
