Job Summary: We are seeking an active and discreet Production Operator to support production activities and the operation of plastic injection machinery, while performing quality control and order preparation. Use of electric and manual forklifts For a company dedicated to the plastic manufacturing and injection sector, located in Maçanet de la Selva, we need to hire a Production Operator to carry out the following tasks: * Provide support during start-up and monitoring of the production process and operation of injection machinery and peripherals. * Ensure achievement of planned production output, quality, and efficiency targets. * Configure and verify pallets. * Prepare orders, locate items, and perform restocking. * Operate electric and manual forklifts. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) between 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00, with breaks as established by law. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent. * We seek an active, discreet, courteous, and highly motivated individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Proficient spoken and written Catalan and Spanish. * Completed compulsory secondary education (E.S.O.). \- Valid forklift operator license is desirable.
