For new projects in the Industrial Sector, we require a **Production Manager**, reporting to the Industrial Director, based in Burgos. **Mission** * The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising human and material resources, driving continuous improvement of production processes and ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards (safety and risk prevention, environment, quality, and costs). * They will act as a key figure in coordinating between the Production Department and other areas (Technical Office, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics), fostering a collaborative, safe, and motivating work environment. * We seek a proactive individual with strong communication skills and leadership capability. **Responsibilities** **Performance** * Plan and coordinate production to meet delivery deadlines and manufacturing objectives. * Supervise daily operations, monitor performance indicators (KPIs), and propose improvement actions. * Lead continuous improvement projects applying Lean Manufacturing methodologies and other operational excellence tools. * Encourage creativity and decision-making. **Safety** * Prioritize safety as a core value. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations. **Communication and Motivation** * Create an inspiring work environment grounded in open communication and equality. * Motivate the team and identify training needs. * Practice active listening and conflict resolution. * Propose and organize activities that reinforce teamwork. **Requirements** * Higher technical education or engineering degree, preferably in industrial organization, mechanical engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing production teams in industrial environments. * Project management experience. * Ability to interpret technical drawings. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and KPI management. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Preferred qualifications: * + Experience in non-serial manufacturing industrial sectors. + Additional knowledge: stainless steel, welding, sheet metal fabrication **Competencies and Skills** * Proactive individual with decision-making ability and initiative to solve problems. * Results-oriented and capable of working under pressure. * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. **Languages** * English B2 level, with ability to conduct meetings with clients or suppliers. * French: considered an asset. **Workplace** * Burgos, on-site. **Offer** * Stable integration into a solid and growing company. * A professional project offering development and promotion opportunities. * Competitive remuneration package aligned with the candidate’s experience. * A dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
