The project is being executed by a **Joint Venture (UTE) formed by three construction companies**, and is currently in the execution phase. The works include the construction of **four water storage reservoirs**, and the installation of approximately **80 kilometers of buried pipeline**. A pumping station with two pressure lines and a photovoltaic plant will also be built. We seek a technical professional with experience in civil engineering, hydraulics, piping, or infrastructure projects, who wishes to join a large-scale project (budget: €21 million) and work alongside a close-knit, collaborative team focused on supporting professional development. **What will your mission be?** Provide direct support to the Site Manager in planning, coordinating, and daily monitoring of site activities, overseeing production, teams, resources, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Daily planning and organization of on-site work. * Monitoring the construction of reservoirs and buried pipelines. * Coordination of in-house teams, machinery, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Control of earthworks, excavations, backfilling, and pipe laying. * Monitoring production output and adherence to the established schedule. * Performing measurements and controlling productivity. * Managing materials, machinery, and production requirements. * Supervising correct execution of works according to drawings and technical specifications. * Supporting financial control, certifications, and monthly production closures. * Coordinating with the Site Manager, Technical Office, Engineering Supervision, and UTE management. * Resolving technical and organizational issues arising during execution. * Supervising compliance with quality, environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Preparing progress reports and tracking reports on work advancement. Requirements * Degree in **Agricultural Engineering, Agronomic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering**, or equivalent. * Prior experience as a Production Manager, Assistant Site Manager, or Site Technician. * Experience or knowledge in civil works, earthworks, piping, hydraulic networks, or infrastructure projects. * Ability to organize teams, resources, and various work packages. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation, measurement, and production control. * Problem-solving, organized, and team-oriented profile. * Valid Class B driving license. * Willingness to work in the Tardienta area. **Particularly Valued** * Experience in irrigation modernization, water supply, sanitation, or hydraulic infrastructure projects. * Experience in constructing reservoirs, buried pipelines, and earthworks. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, Microsoft Project, Excel, or other construction management tools. * Occupational Health and Safety training compliant with the General Construction Sector Agreement.
