Description
In this position, you will be responsible for managing procurement and supply activities at both international and national levels. You will maintain direct contact with factories and subsidiaries in Asia, negotiating terms and performing daily order tracking. Additionally, you will support supplier management with local vendors, ensuring a consistent flow of materials. You will monitor inventory levels and analyze product performance trends to determine optimal replenishment timing. You will also export and analyze large-volume data to maintain operational control. Over time, you will assume direct negotiations with suppliers, thereby developing your strategic capabilities.
For this role, prior experience of at least three years in procurement or supply departments is required. A fluent B2 level of English is essential for conducting conversations and managing email correspondence with international partners. Advanced proficiency in Excel—including pivot tables, formulas, and data cross-referencing—is mandatory. Familiarity with ERP systems such as AS400\ is considered an advantage. A university degree is the minimum educational requirement.
The compensation package includes an annual gross salary of €24,000. Working hours are from Monday to Thursday, 8:30–13:00 and 14:30–18:00, and on Fridays from 8:30–17:30, facilitating work-life balance.
