We are seeking a temporary **Procurement Operator** (long-term IT assignment) to ensure the proper execution of purchasing and replenishment processes, guaranteeing product availability on time and in full, optimizing inventory levels and costs, and complying with the company’s established quality and traceability standards.

**What you’ll do at PRIM:**
* Efficiently manage the portfolio of national and international suppliers, ensuring strong relationships, contractual compliance, and competitive terms.
* Issue and monitor purchase orders, guaranteeing their correct execution and on-time receipt.
* Monitor and optimize procurement-related costs, taking into account expiry dates, obsolete products, pricing, discounts, and other commercial factors.
* Coordinate with warehouse and technical management departments to ensure proper receipt, inspection, and registration of goods.
* Manage products held in warehouses and samples, ensuring their availability.
* Maintain and improve internal and external customer service levels while optimizing logistics and import costs.

**Requirements for your application to be considered:**
* University degree.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in an international procurement role.
* Fluent English, both spoken and written.
* User-level computer skills.
