We are looking for a candidate with strong negotiation skills, a results-oriented mindset, analytical thinking, and excellent organizational abilities—capable of managing the procurement process efficiently and strategically. **Main Responsibilities** End-to-end management of the procurement process. Sourcing, evaluation, selection, and qualification of national and international suppliers. Negotiation of pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. Requesting, analyzing, and comparing quotations. Order tracking and coordination with Production, Logistics, and Administration departments. Cost optimization while ensuring material quality and adherence to deadlines. Updating and maintaining the supplier and materials database. Preparing reports, analyzing KPIs, and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements** Prior experience in procurement departments, preferably within construction, industrial, or related sectors. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Analytical capability and commitment to continuous improvement. Strong organizational, planning, and effective priority management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PRESTO—particularly Excel. Professional-level English (an asset).
