The selected candidate will participate in the daily production of our pastry and bakery products, from preparation and production through to finishing and presentation. We are looking for a responsible, organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for pastry who enjoys working with our products and is eager to join a growing project. Requirements * Preferred qualifications: \- Formal training in pastry arts. + Experience in artisanal production. + Knowledge of bakery, chocolate work, fermented doughs, etc. + Creativity and initiative. + Interest in new techniques and eagerness to learn. + Driver's license and personal vehicle, if required. + Prior experience in a similar workshop. * Required qualifications: \- Experience in pastry and/or bakery. + Knowledge of fundamental pastry techniques. + Ability to work as part of a team. + Responsibility, punctuality, and organization. + Ability to work under production pace. + Commitment to workshop cleanliness and order. + Availability according to the workplace’s needs. * Mandatory requirements: \- Availability to adapt\-to the workshop schedule. + Willingness to work and positive attitude. + Punctuality. + Ability to work as part of a team.
