From **EUROPREVEN – External Prevention Service**, we are growing and seeking to incorporate an **Occupational Medicine Specialist** to further advance our commitment to the safety, health, and well-being of workers. **The challenge / the project** You will join an established and expanding company within the Occupational Risk Prevention sector, at a time of growth. We seek a person who wishes to be part of a stable project with a long-term vision and who can add value from day one. **The team** You will become part of a multidisciplinary and close-knit team, where collaboration with technical and healthcare staff is part of everyday work. At EUROPREVEN, we champion stability and supporting individuals throughout their professional evolution. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Issuing medical fitness-for-work certifications * Supervising and improving medical protocol standardization * Conducting and analyzing epidemiological studies * Acting as the center’s medical reference and supporting the healthcare team **What we are looking for** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine * Specialty in Occupational Medicine * No minimum prior experience required, although experience in Prevention Services will be highly valued * Solution-oriented profile, customer-focused and committed to medical quality * Strong organizational skills and decision-making ability **What we offer** * Permanent employment contract and job stability * Integration into a solid, growing company within the prevention sector * Annual gross salary between 45\.000 € and 65\.000 €, commensurate with qualifications and experience * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00–15:00; Friday, 07:00–14:00 * Two days of remote work per week * Positive work environment and supportive team * Location: Barcelona
