Night Receptionist

Job description * Perform daily closing accounting procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing nightly reports. * Verify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies. * Provide exceptional customer service during check\-in, check\-out, and throughout the night shift. * Address guest inquiries, requests, and incidents to ensure a positive experience. * Maintain a safe environment for both guests and employees. * Generate and distribute various financial and operational reports. * Collaborate with other departments to resolve any guest-related incidents or needs. * Supervise and update room inventory and availability. * Accurately manage credit card payments or other payment methods. * Perform other front desk duties as required during the night shift. * Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet for the following morning. **Requirements:** * Prior experience working with **Opera Cloud** or a similar hotel management system is preferred. * Proficiency in English. Knowledge of French or other languages is an advantage. * Previous experience in a similar or equivalent position is preferred. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to express oneself clearly and confidently. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. * Basic accounting knowledge and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately. * Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in the absence of the daytime management team. * Good organizational and time-management skills. * Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures. * Serving beverages and 5th-range products.
