Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the proper functioning, security, and maintenance of the common areas within a residential community. The professional will serve as the main point of contact for residents, property owners, visitors, and service providers, addressing their inquiries and needs with professionalism and efficiency. Additionally, they must control access to the community by monitoring the movement of people and vehicles to maintain environmental security, as well as opening and closing facilities according to established schedules.
Tasks include performing basic preventive maintenance tasks and minor repairs, thereby complementing cleaning services in common areas when necessary. This covers everything from managing the placement and removal of waste bins to overseeing the general operation of facilities, reporting any malfunctions or relevant incidents to the contracting company. Furthermore, the concierge will coordinate access and escort external maintenance companies, receive mail and parcels, and conduct periodic rounds to verify the condition of common areas.
Another key responsibility is controlling the switching on and off of lighting and other communal services, along with completing daily work reports. The role also requires collaboration in implementing emergency and evacuation protocols, ensuring preparedness for potential incidents. In short, this is an integral position demanding versatility and commitment to the daily well-being and operational efficiency of the residential community.
The gross monthly remuneration amounts to 783.48 euros, with a working schedule of 22 hours per week distributed across two shifts: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 07:20 hours for waste bin removal, and from 09:00 to 13:00 hours, excluding public holidays. The contract is indefinite from day one, and the work environment is described as inclusive and supported by an established team.
A minimum of one year’s prior experience in similar concierge or community assistant roles is required, along with proven customer service skills. Basic knowledge of manual maintenance and the ability to manage tasks such as waste bin placement are essential. The minimum educational requirement is primary education.
