Maintenance Manager

Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager (Technical Services) for our school, located in Benahavís. **Main responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate the school's maintenance team. Ensure that both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are carried out correctly, covering areas such as electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, water systems, etc. Quickly identify and resolve any technical issues that arise. Carry out minor repairs (locksmithing, plumbing, etc.). Guarantee that technical facilities comply with safety and hygiene regulations. Manage the maintenance department's budget and negotiate with suppliers for the procurement of materials and services. Supervise facility improvement and renovation projects. Proactively collaborate with other departments to ensure continuous and efficient service. Maintain electrical systems, such as replacing light bulbs and sockets, and cleaning or repairing lighting panels. Inspect and maintain alarm systems (fire and security) in good working condition, coordinating repairs when necessary. Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring they enjoy a pleasant stay. Resolve incidents related to hotel facilities. **Requirements:** \-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality sector. \-Technical training in plumbing, electricity, masonry, or mechanics. \-Ability to work in a team and manage personnel. \-Capacity to efficiently solve problems. \-Basic knowledge of Word and Excel. We seek an organized individual with leadership skills and extensive experience in infrastructure maintenance. Salary: €2,200.00–€2,400.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
