We require a **MAINTENANCE ENGINEER FOR FACILITIES** for a company located in Denia. **Responsibilities****:** * Comprehensive management of preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities * Coordination of technical teams and subcontracted companies * Supervision of maintenance contracts and SLA compliance * Planning and control of maintenance budgets * Process optimization and continuous improvement of facilities * Ensuring compliance with current safety and maintenance regulations * Acting as the main point of contact with clients and various departments **Requirements****:** * Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related field) * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in maintenance of large-scale facilities * Experience in environments such as hospitals, universities, hotels, or public buildings * Knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) * Ability to manage teams and coordinate suppliers * Problem-solving, organized, and results-oriented profile **Workplace****:** * Denia
