Job request ID: 24897 Country: Spain Position Location: Parque Tecnológico, Edificio 300 Zamudio, Vizcaya / Bizkaia 48170 **MACHINING OPERATOR (F/M/X)** **Position objective:** ITP Aero is seeking individuals for its Zamudio facility to operate CNC machines in the manufacturing of high-precision aerospace components. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and verifying machined parts, ensuring compliance with required quality standards. **Your main responsibilities:** * Operating CNC machines for the production of aerospace parts. * Monitoring machine operation to detect deviations or irregularities. • Performing dimensional self-inspections of machined surfaces. • Preparing tooling, parts, and tools on the machine. * Performing preventive checks (TPM). * Planning work operations on your machine. * Calibrating the machine as needed. **Who we are looking for:** **Education:** * FPII / Higher Vocational Training Degree in metal-related field or equivalent. **Languages:** * Basic level of English. **Experience:** • Minimum 3 years of experience operating machining equipment. • Experience with Siemens 840D numerical controls will be valued. * Experience with conventional machines and fitting tasks will be considered an advantage. **Technical knowledge:** • Ability to interpret technical drawings. • Proficiency with dimensional inspection and measurement instruments. * CNC programming knowledge will be valued. **Soft Skills:** • Learning ability. • Teamwork skills. **Why choose this vacancy?** You will become part of a leading company in the aerospace industry, working with state-of-the-art machinery and highly demanding technical processes.
