The position is located in the People Department, at the offices in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Collaborate in implementing HR policies in areas such as early retirement, employee separations, and collective bargaining. * Participate in collective bargaining negotiations with the workers' legal representatives. * Collaborate on labor litigation matters, including CEMAC proceedings, court trials, labor inspections, etc. * Serve as a labor advisor within the company and the group (preparing studies, calculations, consultations, interpreting regulations, etc.). * Coordinate legal aspects related to employment contracts. * Participate in managing the company's social assistance programs and policies. * Supervise legal aspects concerning labor subcontracting and subrogation. **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Social Work, Labor Relations, or Law. * Ten years of experience in service companies, with exposure to various applicable collective agreements. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. **What do we offer?** * Permanent position, indefinite-term contract. * Opportunity to join a team of professionals committed to innovation, sustainability, and equal opportunities. * Professional development within our company. * Flexible compensation: private health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers. **Apply to this vacancy—we look forward to meeting you!**
