This position is located in the People Department, at our offices in Lleida.
**What will you do on a daily basis?**
* Support the implementation of HR policies in areas such as early retirements, employee separations, and collective bargaining.
* Participate in collective bargaining negotiations with the workers' legal representatives.
* Support labor litigation matters, including CEMAC proceedings, court hearings, labor inspections, etc.
* Serve as a labor advisor within the company and the group (e.g., preparing studies, calculations, consultations, interpreting regulations, etc.).
* Coordinate the legal aspects of employment contracts.
* Participate in managing the company's social aid programs and policies.
* Oversee the legal aspects related to business transfers and subcontracting.
**What are we looking for?**
* University degree in Social Work, Labor Relations, or Law.
* Ten years of experience in service companies, with exposure to various applicable collective agreements.
* Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
