**Galadrim** is a startup that designs and develops web, mobile, and AI products. Led by two alumni of *École Polytechnique* who previously worked for Meta, IBM, and Microsoft, it delivers custom complex solutions to its clients using agile methodologies. We are over **150 people** across France and Spain, growing at over 50% annually for the past 8 years — and the Spain team *needs you!* By joining us, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects within a young, technology-passionate team. We’re looking for **AI solution developers** to take on one or more of our ongoing projects in Spain. Depending on the project, you’ll also handle the Full Stack aspects, combining AI with end\-to\-end development. Additionally, you’ll have opportunities to progressively assume greater technical leadership as the team grows. **This role is for you if** * You have 0\+ years of experience. (Yes, you read that right — 0 years!) * You’re **passionate about AI**, closely following the latest advances (LLMs, diffusion models, agents, etc.). * You love modern, fluid, and *pixel\-perfect* interfaces. * You’re not intimidated by diving into complex business rules to design pragmatic, iterative AI solutions. * You fluently use AI-powered code editors like Cursor or Claude Code to increase your agility and execution speed, while retaining full control over your *codebase*. * You’re personable and motivated to accompany sales colleagues to meetings to clearly explain technical concepts. * You enjoy teamwork but operate with full autonomy on your tasks. * You pursue technical excellence in everything you do and possess a solid engineering foundation. * You’re a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English. Bonus if you speak French! **Your progression at Galadrim** * **In 3 months:** You’ll have worked on your first two AI projects. At Galadrim, we believe in *learning by doing*, so you’ll quickly engage in real client projects, supported by a technical mentor who’ll conduct *pair\-programming* sessions and *code reviews* with you. You’ll also be able to attend international conferences and workshops with the rest of the team. * **In 6 months:** You’ll have mastered our tech stack and methodology, and will be ready to take on broader responsibilities — helping us structure the team (hiring, management, internal tool development, etc.). For context: in our Paris office, we grew from 2 to over 20 engineers in under 3 years. * **Long term:** You’ll be directly involved in scaling our operations in Spain. **Examples of projects** You’ll contribute to a wide range of projects across multiple sectors: * Developing voice assistants for the healthcare sector. * Training and deploying computer vision models on embedded systems. * Industrializing and automating photo retouching. * Using LLMs for automatic product sheet generation. * Demand forecasting modeling in industry. **Preferred technical stack** Don’t worry if you don’t master all these technologies — the stack varies per project. Below is our most commonly used stack, which will be adapted based on your expertise and project needs: * Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face * OpenAI / VertexAI / Anthropic APIs, etc. * YOLO (You only look once) \- Computer Vision * PostgreSQL * Node.js (Adonis, Nest.js) * JavaScript / TypeScript * React / React Native * AWS **Benefits** This position is *hybrid* in Madrid (4 days in-office / 1 remote, accumulable).
