We are currently seeking to incorporate an **IT Technician** with experience and a proactive attitude into our team. Key Responsibilities * **Installation and configuration** of hardware, software, and management systems at client premises. * **Comprehensive technical support** (remote and on-site) for incident resolution. * **System maintenance**, including networks, audiovisual equipment, and video surveillance systems. * **Efficient incident resolution** for clients, ensuring high-quality service. Job Requirements * **Valid Class B driver's license** (mandatory for travel). * **Proven prior experience** in IT support or **Help Desk** roles. * **Customer-oriented mindset**, commitment, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Knowledge of **ICG / Hiopos** software and an **intermediate level of English** will be considered advantageous.
