Join RGIS's Inventory Team! Your opportunity to grow. What do we do? We specialize in conducting inventory counts for leading retail and distribution companies nationwide. We are seeking inventory auditors. Our mission is simple: accurately and efficiently count store products using barcode scanners, while professionally interacting with clients and colleagues. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Competencies / Knowledge: • No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training from scratch on terminal usage and counting techniques. • We seek professional, committed, and punctual individuals capable of teamwork and working under supervision. • Must be punctual, committed, and rigorous. * Vehicle availability: car * Willingness to travel * Driver's license: B * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Part-time schedule (12 hours \- weekly schedule) * Additional information of interest: • Full training: We teach you everything needed to start working. • Salary: o €10.61/hour for night shifts (22:00 \- 06:00). o €9.67/hour for day shifts. • Campaign: Begins in September and runs until early December. • Career growth: The fixed-term contract is based on 12 weekly hours plus additional hours performed (all properly registered for social security contributions); you may increase these hours according to your availability and performance. Moreover, after the first campaign, you have the opportunity to continue as a discontinuous permanent employee, and the possibility to advance to supervisory and training positions, as most of our leaders began as auditors. • Organization: Work schedules are published in advance via our App so you can plan accordingly. The first stage of the selection process will take place between August 17 and 21. Interviews will be held on August 24, and, assuming all goes well, work will begin on September 2. • Holding a driver’s license and willingness to drive a company vehicle is viewed positively. Having your own vehicle and making it available for transporting staff to inventories is considered an asset. • Autonomy to return home after work, even during early morning hours. • Being of legal age is an absolute requirement for performing night-shift work. • Schedule: We primarily work at night (21:00 \- 05:00), when stores are closed, with daytime shifts possible depending on the event. • Flexibility: You can combine this schedule with studies or your current job. • Rest periods: Weekends off. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday. Enjoy summers (July and August) and Christmas holidays (from December 15 until after Epiphany) free of work. • Location: We operate throughout Catalonia, with round-trip travel from Barcelona Plaza Espanya. When traveling outside Barcelona, transportation is provided by us.
