#### **Your responsibilities**
From Informa Consultores, a leading company in consulting, training, employment, and advanced services for businesses since 2003, we are managing the selection of an **HR Manager** for a reference group in the hotel, restaurant, and event organization sectors.
Are you passionate about people management and seeking a project where you can build, structure, and develop the Human Resources function? Do you want to join a growing company with a close-knit, demanding, and excellence-oriented culture? This is your opportunity!
Your mission will be to coordinate, professionalize, and develop the People and Human Resources function by implementing standardized processes, supporting executive teams, and contributing to the organization’s sustainable growth.
**What will you be responsible for?**
* You will define and implement, together with Corporate Services Management, the policies, processes, and priorities for the People function.
* You will prepare the annual Human Resources plan, monitor the implementation of agreed actions, and ensure their correct rollout across all work centers.
* You will serve as the go-to expert for hotel directors, restaurant managers, operations leads, event managers, and middle management, providing practical solutions related to team organization and management.
* You will supervise labor management and ensure proper application of legislation, collective bargaining agreements, hiring, working hours, leave entitlements, contractual modifications, and terminations.
* You will coordinate relationships with external payroll service providers, legal advisors, occupational health and safety services, recruitment agencies, and other specialized vendors.
* You will guarantee the quality of payroll, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, social security registrations, settlements, and personnel administration processes.
* You will manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, working hours, vacation allocation, rest periods, and working time registration—adapting to occupancy needs, production demands, events, and seasonality.
* You will prepare and monitor the personnel budget, analyzing labor costs, variances, productivity, absenteeism, turnover, and hiring needs.
* You will consolidate the Human Resources management system — Nivimu — as the central source of information, ensuring data quality, timeliness, and traceability.
* You will design and implement talent acquisition, onboarding, performance evaluation, training, development, and retention processes.
* You will support managers in leading their teams, helping them enhance leadership, planning, communication, and feedback capabilities.
* You will promote a corporate culture grounded in ethics, closeness, responsibility, respect, results orientation, and service excellence.
* You will coordinate preventive activities with the external occupational health and safety service, overseeing risk assessments, training, health surveillance, and accident and incident investigations.
* You will maintain a regular presence at hotels, restaurants, event venues, and other group work centers.
