You will be the first face our customers and visitors see, and your role will be crucial in creating a top-tier welcoming and service experience. Your responsibilities will include standard duties for this position: handling check-ins, managing outstanding payments, overseeing reservations across various platforms, and assisting guests with any issues that may arise during their stay. Requirements: \-Prior experience in reception or customer service (preferably in the hospitality industry). \-Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. \-Professional-level English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is a plus. \-Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure. \-Professional appearance and demeanor. \-Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
