Description
The position is an operational role divided into two clearly defined phases within an industrial production environment. In the first phase, the work focuses on cutting and shaping material coils. This activity requires precision and strict adherence to established procedures to ensure final product quality. Concurrently, in this phase, forklift operations are carried out for internal transportation, precise placement, and safe movement of materials and semi-finished products. Knowledge of and compliance with safety regulations regarding machinery operation and plant traffic are fundamental across all these tasks.
In the second phase of the role, the worker provides comprehensive support to the production line, operating under a five-shift schedule. Responsibilities include direct collaboration with paste drivers to ensure uninterrupted workflow continuity. This includes thorough cleaning of centrifuges and equipment in the designated section, as well as assistance in loading conveyor belts. Additionally, systematic waste management generated during the production process is performed, and support is provided during scheduled technical stoppages for maintenance or adjustments, ensuring rapid return to normal operations.
A key component of the role is interaction with the company’s digital systems. The worker will regularly use information technology tools and internal communication channels to manage their activities. This includes accessing the employee portal, using the corporate email system for formal communication, and operating specific production applications to register manufacturing orders and report incidents. This dynamic yet structured work environment aims to optimize industrial processes while maintaining high standards of safety, organization, and efficiency.
This opportunity offers an hourly gross salary ranging from €11.86 to €12.28. The initial contract is formalized through a Temporary Work Agency (ETT), with a realistic possibility of subsequent permanent integration into the main company’s workforce under a five-shift regime. The company provides opportunities for professional development within its organizational structure.
At least two years of demonstrable experience in industrial environments is required, preferably in coil cutting or forklift operation. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using corporate digital tools—such as email, internal portals, and production software applications—are essential. The minimum academic qualification required is Compulsory Secondary Education or a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle.
