The Finance Administrative Assistant position is part of the company's finance department and plays a key role in daily operational management. Main responsibilities include meticulous invoice registration and comprehensive mastery of the accounting cycle, ensuring all financial documentation is accurately processed and archived. In addition, the role provides fundamental support in the treasury area, handling payment recording, tracking pending obligations, and managing personnel-related expenses. This position also involves providing timely support to other areas of the department as needed, requiring high versatility and adaptability.
An essential aspect of the role is fluent communication and interaction with both internal clients from other departments and external suppliers and customers. The person in this position acts as an important liaison, facilitating the flow of financial information and efficiently resolving inquiries. Working hours are flexible from Monday to Thursday, with entry between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. and departure between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m., while Fridays feature a compressed schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. The work environment is described as dynamic and growing.
At least one year of demonstrable experience in finance or accounting departments is required, including practical mastery of the full accounting cycle and basic treasury operations. Effective communication skills for managing relationships with customers and suppliers are essential, along with advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and report generation.
