This time, we are seeking an Executive Assistant based in Madrid, with 100% on-site work. **EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES** * SCHEDULING MATTERS: + Scheduling meetings (email exchanges, phone calls, etc.) and verifying attendees’ availability + Preventing and managing overlapping meetings/events, as well as time and location changes + Organizing lunches/breakfasts, both on- and off-site + Booking meeting rooms; requesting coffee if needed + Organizing business travel - Requesting quotes, schedules, and alternatives - Making reservations (hotel, parking, taxi, flight, etc.) - Processing travel expense reports and verifying that supporting documentation meets reimbursement requirements—or identifying missing elements per applicable regulations (e.g., missing tax information).
