Description
The position involves ensuring optimal operation of production lines through corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. Daily duties include monitoring and repairing industrial equipment, maintaining detailed records of maintenance work orders, and managing workshop inventory. You must also maintain order and cleanliness in the area, properly segregate waste, and verify that all safety devices are in good working condition. Additionally, you will assist in line preparation, adjustment, and format changes, collaborating with line supervisors and operators.
A proactive attitude to anticipate potential failures, as well as the ability to follow safety protocols and emergency plans, is highly valued. The environment is dynamic, with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night, requiring adaptability and commitment.

Vocational training at intermediate or higher level in fields related to industrial maintenance. Minimum one year of experience in corrective and preventive maintenance in an industrial plant. Knowledge of maintenance workshop stock control and management. Ability to collaborate with line supervisors and operators during format changes. Immediate availability and willingness to work rotating shifts. Experience in emergency plans and safety protocols, as well as having a personal vehicle for access to the facility, is preferred.
