At **Implaser**, a leading company in innovation and signage, we are expanding our **Digital Printing Department (Alfajarín)** team. We are seeking detail-oriented, dynamic individuals eager to work in a well-established professional environment. **Your Mission** You will be a key part of our production chain, responsible for product handling and feeding plotter machines to ensure the highest quality in our finished products. **Your Main Responsibilities** * **Machine Management:** Loading rolls into plotter machines for cutting. * **Precision Handling:** Peeling cut products and applying transfer paper or laminates. * **Precision Printing:** Identifying technical files and printing on rigid materials, as well as printing and cutting flexible vinyls. * **Product Finishing:** Assembling parts/vinyls, adhering them to materials, and manual individualization (using guillotines or utility knives, peeling, using transfer tape, adhesive application, laminating, and individualizing). * **Operational Control:** Tracking Manufacturing Orders (MO), performing continuous quality checks during production, and recording time and material consumption in the system. * **Collaboration:** Coordinating with the Operations team and providing direct support to the section supervisor. **What We Are Looking For** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 \- 12 months of prior experience in production environments. * **Skills:** Highly detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills and commitment. Computer skills are valued. * **Attitude:** Ability to work effectively in a team and results-oriented mindset. * **Education:** Training in prepress, design, printing, or graphic arts is an advantage. * **Driver’s license and personal vehicle. (To commute to the workplace)** **What We Offer** * Permanent contract * Working days: Monday to Friday. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday and Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. * Collective Agreement Salary (€18,000 gross/year) * The opportunity to join a well-established, industry-leading company committed to accessibility.
