Cafeteria Assistant

We are looking for staff to join the Batec team At Batec, a bakery, artisanal pastry shop, and cafeteria in Mataró, we are seeking people to join our store team. We seek responsible, agile, customer-oriented individuals with prior experience in cafeterias or hospitality, especially those skilled in preparing coffee using professional machines and capable of working autonomously behind the counter. Available positions 1. Full-time morning shift * Schedule: 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM * Customer service and sales * Preparation of coffee and other beverages * Sales of bakery and pastry products * Preparation and maintenance of the cafeteria and store area * Restocking, organization, and cleaning of the workplace 2. Part-time morning and/or evening shift * Schedule: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Schedule: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM * Support during peak workload hours * Customer service * Preparation of coffee and beverages * Table service and clearing * Restocking and maintaining store order What are we looking for? * Experience in cafeterias, bakeries, restaurants, or public-facing roles * Must know how to prepare coffee * Excellent customer interaction skills * Active, organized, and responsible individual * Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team * Availability to work morning shifts We especially value individuals seeking stability and continuity within the team.
