We drive the technological transformation of enterprises and public institutions, working on impactful projects in areas such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and Communications. **THE PROJECT** You will join the **CPD Operations team**, where you will play a key role in the daily operations of Nunsys' Datacenter. The objective of this role is to ensure the **proper operation, maintenance, and evolution of the infrastructure**, guarantee service continuity, and coordinate technical interventions within the Datacenter. **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS POSITION?** You will assume an operational and technical role focused on infrastructure: **Operations and Support** * Management of cabling patching (copper and fiber) * Execution of remote tasks for customers * On-site technical support and interventions in the CPD * Assistance with communications incidents and ticket tracking **Monitoring** * Administration of tools such as PRTG, DCIM, or similar (e.g., Zabbix) * Continuous supervision of infrastructure to anticipate incidents **Inventory and Documentation** * Control and updating of technical inventory * Maintenance of CPD documentation **Coordination** * Organization of interventions within the Datacenter * Coordination with vendors, external technicians, and subcontractors * Tracking and validation of completed work **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * IT-related education. * One year of experience in similar technical environments. * Knowledge in: * Infrastructure (ideally Datacenter-focused) * Structured cabling * Monitoring tools (PRTG, DCIM, or similar) * Technical inventory and documentation * Basic networking and communications **Key Competencies:** * Proactivity and autonomy * Organization and prioritization * Service orientation and focus on continuity * Teamwork **WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AT NUNSYS GROUP?** * Permanent contract * Stable project within a top-tier technological environment * Career development plan and professional growth opportunities * Continuous training and certifications * Social benefits * Collaborative and specialized work environment * Participation in key infrastructure projects **Details:** * Location: Paterna Datacenter (Valencia) * Work modality: On-site. * Working hours: September to May: Mon–Thu 8:00–17:00, Fri 8:00–15:00. June to August: Mon–Fri 8:00–15:00. * Occasional after-hours interventions, if required
