We are seeking our next Cybersecurity Incident Detection Technician to join our cybersecurity team. As a Cybersecurity Incident Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring security events and performing initial analysis to identify potential threats — playing a key role in ensuring early detection of cybersecurity incidents. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Configuring and operating security monitoring tools. * Analyzing alerts and events to identify possible incidents. * Escalating incidents according to established protocols. * Collaborating on the implementation of new detection rules. **Required Qualifications and Training:** * Higher Technical Degree in Network Systems Administration or equivalent qualification. * Vendor certifications such as Cisco, Palo Alto, IBM, Microsoft, among others. **Knowledge and Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in security monitoring. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Competitive benefits and compensation aligned with experience and skills. * Remote work \+ expense reimbursement. * 25 working days of vacation, plus December 24th and 31st — observed as company holidays — and additionally, the afternoon of your birthday is yours to take off! * 100% free medical and dental insurance. * Access to a flexible compensation plan. * Training in languages, technical skills, and soft skills.
